Because your purchase is a digital product, it is considered "used" once it has been purchased and the payment has been cleared, and all purchases made on Godiggi are non-refundable or exchangeable. There is a rigorous no-refund policy because the items supplied here are intangible.

If you do not receive the digital product link after purchasing, please email us at support@godiggi.com with your transaction/payment details so that your product may be sent as soon as possible.
